I see only one item. Do you sell anything else?
We sell one wine at a time from midnight eastern standard time until sold out, when it is replaced by another offer but rarely more than 4 wines per day.
Is shipping always free?
Yes! As long as you buy the minimum amount stated on the front page, shipping is free to wherever we can ship to in the United States.
No, you can unsubscribe anytime in your account page. Please understand the model sells wine till sold out, so there is no fixed time that a wine changes.
Marathons are days when we sell a variety of wines (48-120 different wines, depending on the type of marathon) from midnight to midnight. You will receive one email notice of the marathon about a week before it runs with a short description of the products being featured. You will also receive an email at the start of the marathon, but only one.
Typically, your order ships within 2-5 business days. If your order isn't received in 7 business days(10days for the west coast using ground), you should email us. We only ship Monday through Thursday to protect the wine. We offer Fedex 2nd day Express service for an additional $2.75 per bottle. Express orders only ship Monday through Wednesday.
We are a very low overhead site which enables us to pass as much of the purchase savings as we can on to you, so please be patient with us during busy times of the year. We try very hard to ship as quickly as possible.
What is the schedule for new items?
There is no schedule for new wines.
A new product is released every day at midnight eastern, seven days a week. If a product sells out, a new wine will replace it.
No. The last product is discontinued at 11:59pm EST. We may get more at a later date, if we're lucky, but we offer no guarantees. We don't allow backorders and we do not have a waiting/notification list for sold out items.
This means the item you were trying to buy has sold out.

No. As we said we're a low overhead operation. We're busy sourcing new products and shipping orders. In order to receive the fastest response contact our customer service department via email. You can call our 866-246-2183 number and leave a message anytime, but please leave your email address as well for a quicker response.
Will WTSO ever tell us how many cases or bottles remain available in a given sale?
No. That's not the way it works. Some lots are hundreds of cases, while others are just a few. Where's the fun if you knew?
No. Once you become a member, you will be emailed each day with a link to the new wine lot with the description, rating and price. if you choose not to receive emails, you can always unsubscribe in your account page and still be able to purchase at anytime.
Never! Signing up just means you are becoming a member of the WinesTilSoldOut family. You will get an email notification each time a new item is listed on the site
Go to the main page of the WinesTilSoldOut site and click on the "Join Free tab". Fill out the form by supplying us with a valid email address, password of your choice, and a unique nickname by which you will be known. Then click the Join Now button and your account is ready for buying wine at ridiculous prices. Only one account per email address and credit card number is allowed.
I will take them all, what is my discount?
There is a maximum allowance of three cases (36 bottles) per order. We try to allow everyone the chance to buy each lot.
I'm a wholesaler/retailer. Can I buy from you in bulk?
No. You can buy a maximum of 36 bottles per wine. No exceptions!
Go to another site. FedEx and the federal government require an adult signature for every package delivered. You can bill and ship to different addresses if this helps
Add "hold until I release" in the comments section of each order and we will hold the shipment in our temperature controlled warehouse until you notify us.
FedEx broke a bottle in the package. What should I do?
Just email us! If the package was not received, we will refund your card in full and place a claim with FedEx. If you have accepted the package and a bottle is broken, we will refund your card for every bad bottle in the shipment. NO WORRIES!
Email us! We stand behind every bottle we sell so never worry! Sometimes in a lot you can have a bad bottle. If for any reason you feel the wine is not good, you need to notify us.

We use Wine Searcher Pro and Google to find the lowest price offered in the US. The day before an item is scheduled a purchase is initiated at that site for a comparable number of bottles shipped to the middle of the country (usually Chicago).
