Here\u2019s our recipe for a dish made even more irresistible with the addition of beet slaw, radish, and orange zest. Read on for our recommendations for <\/span><b>wine pairing blue cheese <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for the ultimate dining experience.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb ground beef, pork, veal mix<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup panko breadcrumbs<\/li>\n<li>1 large egg<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup blue cheese, crumbled<\/li>\n<li>Kosher salt<\/li>\n<li>Freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 medium beet, peeled and grated<\/li>\n<li>1 large radish, grated<\/li>\n<li>Zest of 1 navel orange, optional<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n<li>8 sweet slider buns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. In a large bowl, combine ground meat with breadcrumbs, egg, blue cheese, salt, and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Make small patties that are approximately 2 ounces. Using your thumb, make a divot in the center, which promotes even cooking. Place the patties on a rimmed baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake for about 15 minutes<\/li>\n<li>While the burgers are baking, make the slaw. In a medium bowl, add the beet, radishes, and orange zest. Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.<\/li>\n<li>Once patties are cooked, place one onto a sweet slider bun. Top each patty with beet slaw.
