This is going to super easy to make, with just a handful ingredients in total!<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1\u20442 cup white onion, chopped&gt;<\/li>\n<li>1\u20442 cup celery, chopped<\/li>\n<li>11\u20442 cup carrot, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 lb ground pork (85% lean\/15% fat)<\/li>\n<li>1 lb ground beef (85% lean\/15% fat)<\/li>\n<li>1\u20444 bottle (750ml) red wine, such as Chianti<\/li>\n<li>6 oz tomato paste<\/li>\n<li>Kosher Salt<\/li>\n<li>Freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 lb dried pasta, such as pappardelle<\/li>\n<li>Fresh parsley, chopped<\/li>\n<li>Parmesan cheese, shaved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instructions:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>In a stockpot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, and<br \/>\ncarrots, then saut\u00e9 until translucent. Add in both the pork and beef, and cook until<br \/>\nbrowned.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the wine into the pot, then stir in the tomato paste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat<br \/>\nand let this mixture simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally.<\/li>\n<li>Use a spoon to skim extra fat from the top of the liquid in the pot. Salt and pepper<br \/>\nthe sauce to taste.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare your favorite pasta according to the package directions. Serve the<br \/>\nBolognese over the pasta.
