Founded by the Harrington family in 2005, Gramercy Cellars is dedicated to creating Rh\u00f4ne and Bordeaux varietals with a focus on balance, elegance, and authenticity. From Vine to Bottle, Capturing Washington\u2019s Terroir<\/h3>\n

At Gramercy Cellars, great wine begins in the vineyard. The Harringtons meticulously manage three estate vineyards and oversee several others, prioritizing sustainability with mostly organic farming practices. Old vines, rocky soils, and Walla Walla\u2019s ideal climate\u2014characterized by long daylight hours and controlled irrigation\u2014create the perfect conditions for their restrained yet powerful wines.<\/p>\n

This dedication continues in the cellar, where a minimalist philosophy guides the winemaking. Fermentations are thoughtfully executed in concrete or oak, with minimal intervention.
