BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) restaurants are the perfect way to enjoy your own wine without having to prep the meal (or clean up!). Each list will include some of our favorite BYOB restaurants in each city. They aren\u2019t meant to be a comprehensive list but if you you see a restaurant missing that you think should absolutely be on the list, please send it over via our Facebook page. We\u2019d be happy to consider your favorites, too!<\/p>\n<p>To kick-off the series, we\u2019re covering a selection of BYOB spots from the Big Apple. Whether you live in New York City or are just visiting, these restaurants are a great place to stop in for a bite and enjoy a wine of your choice!<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Le Village French Petite Bistro<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Address: 127 East 7th Street<\/li>\n<li>No Corkage Fee<\/li>\n<li>A small neighborhood French bistro. Don\u2019t miss the classic French onion soup, the coq au vin, or the saut\u00e9ed brussel sprouts.<\/li>\n<li>Bonus: Vegetarians, vegans, and carnivores can all enjoy a wonderful meal at Le Village; which clearly identifies Vegan and Gluten Free dishes on the menu.<\/li>\n<li>Bring along a great Bordeaux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Piccola Strada<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Address:\u00a077 East 4th Street<\/li>\n<li>$5 corkage fee per bottle<\/li>\n<li>The tiny restaurant serves up classic Italian dishes in an atmosphere that feels more like your grandmother\u2019s house. Come for their classic red sauce and osso buco.<\/li>\n<li>Bring along a Chianti Classico or a Barolo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Wondee Siam<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Address: 792 Ninth Avenue<\/li>\n<li>A hole in the wall serving deliciously spicy Thai food. The scallion pancakes are a must, along with the soup noodles.<\/li>\n<li>Bring along a Champagne or a Sauvignon Blanc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Tartine<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Address: 253 West 11th Street<\/li>\n<li>No corkage fee<\/li>\n<li>French bistro with outdoor seating! Come for brunch and be sure to have the Eggs Benedict or the croque-madame. Note: cash only<\/li>\n<li>Bring along a Champagne, Beaujolais, or Pinot Blanc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Lucali<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Address: 575 Henry Street &#8211; Brooklyn<\/li>\n<li>If you find yourself in Brooklyn, go to Lucali. A neighborhood pizza place producing delicious thin crust pies with homemade sauce and fresh ingredients. Lucali isn\u2019t your weeknight take-out, they don\u2019t offer delivery or slices. What Mark Iacono does with a pie is magical and worth the trip.<\/li>\n<li>Bring along a Barbera, Montepulciano d\u2019Abruzzo, or a Chianti Classico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Sarabeth\u2019s<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Various locations<\/li>\n<li>Corkage fees apply<\/li>\n<li>Come for Brunch.
