WTSO provides free shipping throughout the United States as long as the minimum amount of bottles is purchased for each offer. If fewer than the minimum required for free shipping is purchased normal FedEx and UPS rates will apply and you will see the additional cost for shipping before checking out.
WHERE WE SHIP
As shipping alcohol is complicated, we suggest trying to purchase when you see something you would like to buy (if we can ship to your state/zip code then the order will go through). We are constantly updating our shipping licenses as laws are continually changing. If you have specific questions about shipping, please contact our Customer Service Department at Wines@WTSO.com.
TITLE & OWNERSHIP
Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from WTSO to the purchaser in the State of New Jersey and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the import of the package from New Jersey to his/her home state. Since we own all of our inventory and therefore arrange for transportation of the wine, WTSO is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from WTSO, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of wine. By placing an order with WTSO, buyer authorizes WTSO to act on buyer’s behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver buyer’s order. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained all required permissions, paid all required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries, is legally entitled to take possession of wine, is legally entitled to take quantities ordered, and authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age. WTSO makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of New Jersey.
WTSO will hold any order upon request up to 12 months from the time of purchase in our temperature controlled warehouse. This option can be found when checking out. Look for the "Future Shipping Date (Optional)" and select the future date you would like your order shipped from the Calendar provided.
We do not allow future shipping requests on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays as we do not ship from our warehouse on these days in order to minimize transit time.
If you ever need to change the original date chosen please contact us immediately; notice is needed 48 hours in advance of the date you would like to ship.
Orders held over one year from date-of-purchase will be subject to a holding fee ($5/month/package)
- Any orders that are held over 6 months and cancelled may be subject to a restocking fee
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed will ship from our climate-controlled facility within the next 1-3 business days. Ground Service shipping is only available Mondays through Thursdays. 2-Day Air shipping is only available Mondays through Wednesdays. For customers living in the Midwest/West we suggest shipping on Mondays to minimize transit time. You can select a 'Future Shipping Date' on the checkout page.
TRACKING AN ORDER
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email from WTSO confirming your order. Once your order has shipped you will receive an additional email which will include a tracking number for your convenience.
WTSO automatically adds insurance to each order placed. This covers you from any package lost or damaged in transit. Products are packed in our “Shipper Approved” containers to ensure proper delivery. We do everything possible on our end to protect our products from temperature related damage (see “Hold Policy” above for additional delivery options). You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from WTSO. All packages REQUIRE a signature by someone 21 years of age or older upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for the best service. Customer comments on your order such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Leave at front door" unfortunately cannot be honored. Your wine will be returned to WTSO where we are unable to refund any shipping charges because there was no adult to sign for your purchase.

WTSO cannot guarantee the condition of any wine if the wine is not received the first time FEDEX or UPS delivers. If there is no one home to sign for the package the wine may be held in a FEDEX or UPS facility that is not temperature controlled.
