Growing Practices: Val de Loire Guyot pruning, with manual and mechanical leaf removal.
Vinification: Grape clusters are stripped, and grapes are put into vats for 10-15 days of maceration in order to obtain desired levels of color, tannin, and aroma. For fermentation, the temperature is maintained between 18 and 20 degrees C. This process is followed by six months of aging in vats with several rackings until bottling.
Annual Production: 30,000-35,000 bottles
The wine has a luminous red color, with aromas of spices, red fruits, and flower accents. It's a rich and velvety wine with a fresh and well-balanced finish. Serve at 16-18 degrees C. The optimal consumption of this wine is within its first five years of cellaring.
