The Russian River Valley is Sonoma's premier growing appellation for Pinot Noir and the source for Moshin's 'Proprietor's Select' wine. Carbonic maceration brings forth Pinot's red fruit character in their 2013 bottling to balance a bouquet of spiced cherry pie and rose petal with underlying herbal notes of tarragon, bay leaf, and black olive. Pair this silky New World red with pulled pork tacos or a black bean burger topped with avocado for a real California treat.
