Production
Lengthy contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks at 25-27 degrees C. Aged in oak barrels with additional maturation in bottle.
Tasting Notes
Lengthy contact with the skins and aging in wood produce a bright garnet-red wine with an expressive nose of red fruits and floral and spicy overtones, together with a powerful and rich palate.
Enjoyment
Pairings: Excellent companion to main courses such as braised meats, roasts, and red meat in general; also enjoy alongside aged cheeses

Tasting Notes:Â Aromas of wild herb, rose, hay, orange zest and spice form the lovely nose on the 2021 Comune di Serralunga from Cantina del Nebbiolo. Polished and savory, the full-bodied, lithe palate features ripe red cherry, wild strawberry, white pepper and cake spice alongside lithe tannins. Fresh acidity keeps it well balanced.

Tasting Notes: An evolved wine with aromas of ripe red cherries, red currants and leaves. Medium- to full-bodied, it shows crunchy tannins, crisp acidity, a tight finish and an austere aftertaste. Drinkable now, but best from 2026.
