RECIPE: Grilled Flank Steak

Here’s all you’ll need to make it:

  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp garlic paste
  • 3 sprigs thyme, minced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 lemon, halved

 

Instructions:

  1. Season steak with salt and pepper
  2. Mix garlic, juice from half a lemon, oil, and thyme
  3. Rub onto steak and marinate for 30 minutes
  4. Grill over medium-high heat for 3 minutes per side
  5. Baste with honey water mix for last minute per side
  6. Char half lemon on cut side
  7. Remove, cover in foil, and rest for 2 minutes
  8. Slice on the bias and serve with charred lemon
