RECIPE: Herbed Meatballs & Spaghetti

Time to start cooking. Here’s what you’ll need:


  • 1lb ground beef
  • 20 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 tbsp dried Italian herbs
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh basil


Add all sauce components into a pot and simmer for 20 minutes. Then blend until smooth.

Mix all meatball components and shape into golf balls. Bake at 375 degress for 30 minutes or until cooked.

Add to sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Boil pasta in salted water and drain. Finish pasta in sauce and meatballs, plate and drizzle with olive oil and fresh basil.
