A blend of [...] Pinot Noir and [...] Chardonnay from Premier Cru terroirs [...] and 25% of reserve wines. A rich and complex nose combining toasty brioche, apples, pears and soft floral lemon scents. Lovely and buttery on the palate, a generous weight to the texture with dried apricots, lemon zest, red summer berries and small bubbles. Good length and lingering flavour, this will definitely stand up to food. Fresh and balanced with delicate power underneath the lively acidity, subtle minerality and gently honeyed finish - a dosage of 8g/L.

A blend of [...] Pinot Noir and [...] Chardonnay with 25% reserve wines [...], the NV Premier Cru from Champagne Charles Mignon evokes aromas of lemon, herbs, red berries and spices mingled with delicate menthol notes. Medium to full-bodied, vinous, and delicate, it's fresh and crystalline with an incisive, balanced mid-palate and a mouthwatering, lemon-inflected finish. Disgorged with eight grams per liter dosage, this is a pure, ethereal Champagne with a lot of energy.
