The Wine
Encantado, which means "charmed" or "enchanted" in Spanish, embodies the essence of this captivating wine. Made from fruit selected from some of our finest Napa Valley vineyards, this Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich and elegant expression of its appellation. Boasting impeccable balance and complexity, this wine will pair beautifully with a wide variety of your favorite meals.

Production Notes
The grapes were hand harvested at night, carefully sorted in the vineyard, then brought to the cellar and destemmed. Following a cold soak, fermentation occurred at a high temperature to ensure maximum extraction was achieved. The wine was then aged for 27 months in 100% new French oak barrels before bottling.

Tasting Profile
Our Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon bursts with aromas of black cherry, red plum, sweet cream, and brambly spice on the nose. The silky palate overflows with red cherry, currant and blackberry flavors, balanced by dark cocoa and toasty vanilla and complemented by supple tannins.
