Soil Management
We apply the principles of modern agriculture. Between the rows, we maintain the grasses with organic manure and diverse plant species. This allows us to keep the soil compacted and vital with the incorporation of composted plant material. Thanks to minimal treatment of the vines, mainly sulfur and copper, chemical fertilizers and herbicides have been eliminated.

Vinification
Destalking follows fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 30 degrees. A long-submerged cap maceration occurs from 4 to 7 weeks, depending on the vintage. This is followed by natural malolactic fermentation at 20 degrees C.

Maturation
Stainless Steel: 6 months
Slavonian Oak Barrels: 24 months

Tilled soil, tobacco and leather aromas slowly emerge from the glass. The straightforward palate offers sour cherry, orange zest and clove alongside tightly wound tannins. It does not have much persistence. Drink after 2024.
