The 2020 harvest started in the second week of August with the earliest varieties. As a whole, the white wines have been very fruity, which has allowed each variety to highlight its own personality.

Vinification
Ten-hour maceration, free-run, and 16 degrees C fermentation

Tasting Notes
Color: Clean, bright. Nice yellow color with hints of greenish tones.
Nose: Predominantly vegetal notes (tomato branch, freshly cut grass). Light notes of fruit (white and tropical) appear in the background.
Palate: Good mouthfeel. The acidity, together with the slight bitterness typical of the variety, gives it a very pleasant freshness.
Finish: Medium finish. Vegetal notes with a subtle fruity presence in the background.

Service
Suggested Food Pairing: Frankfurt sausages. It pairs with potatoes, fish, and seafood. Goat and Roquefort cheese. Basil pasta, fried tomatoes, or vegetables.
