Tasting Notes
This 2019 Cab has a beautiful balance of depth and concentration with a layered, multi-dimensional flavor profile and bright acidity. Perfumed aromas of wild blueberry, dark fruit, cedar, and a hint of black pepper harmoniously touch the palate. It is full-bodied with a violet hue, rounded fruit expression, and a velvety finish.

Winemaking
Of all the wines produced in the Napa Valley, only about 1.3% come from the Mount Veeder Appellation, making them rare and collectible. Saint Veeder produces naturally low-yield Cab from 30-year-old vines. Grapes are hand farmed and hand-picked. The wine is masterfully crafted by Napa Valley winemaker Jeff Fontanella.
