Vinification and Aging
Tillage, grass cover, manual harvest. Low-pressure pneumatic pressing. Fermentation in new demi-muids, with the natural yeasts present on the grapes. Aging on fine lees. Little or no filtration, bottling by us.

Tasting Notes
Color: Golden yellow, fat, dense
Nose: Brioche nuance, buttery
Palate: Round, opulent, full, toasted attack, ripe white-flesh fruit followed by a rich, complex, tannic mid-palate

Winemaker's Notes
Wine to drink from the first year, but it is strongly advised to wait a few years, even decades. This wine has a constitution for laying down, which will keep freshness. An exceptional hold, a wine of yesteryear.
