Our estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon is our flagship red wine. The 2021 vintage truly reflects our estate vineyard's diversity, signature, and character. The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is a youthful wine. It is pure, with creme de cassis, blackberry fruit, medium to full-bodied mouthfeel, velvety tannins, and a long finish. It is impressive in its youth as a high-end and high-quality Napa Cabernet Sauvignon and promises to develop as a stunning example of the vintage for years to come. Drink it over the next 15 years or more.
