You replaced the entire order.
I called to say the rest of the order was fine.
You replaced the entire order and said, “Cheers.”
When you sent me an order of white wine when I had ordered a red from the same winery.
I offered to send the white wine back, and again you said, “Cheers.”
I decided to donate the white wine to a charity auction and asked you to send me the full description and your contact information to indicate you were the donor.
Your reply was the description and said that the wine was my donation.
I will be your customer until I don’t drink wine anymore—God forbid.

Congratulations on 20 years. I have enjoyed using WTSO as a wine source for many of those years. WTSO has been a great source to get wines that are difficult to find locally. Especially the Ribera del Duero wines, my go to favorite. Some wines I would love to buy again, but I don’t know how to let you all know. Karl
