  • I’m so happy that you are doing this. Your slow shift to much higher price point wines on your daily flash sales has disappointed me terribly. I’m a customer of very long standing and I miss the old WTSO, which offered great accessible selections at rock bottom prices. Lately, the average price of your offerings is beyond my sweet spot.

  • Hi Ronald!
Thanks for reaching out to WTSO. Yes, you can place an order for less than 12 bottles for the Case Sale and you can place them in your case club bank. If you need any further assistance feel free to reach out to our customer service team [email protected]

  • Hi Thomas!
We appreciate you reaching out with your feedback and as your know our customer satisfaction is our top priority and I will be relaying this message to my director! If you need any further assistance feel free to reach out to [email protected].

  • I agree completely with Thomas. Your prices are creeping up to a level I don’t want to spend. I have been a customer for a decade but I have been buying my wine elsewhere for a while already.

    • Hi Jeffrey,
We appreciate your feedback and always want to ensure our customers are having a good experience. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and I am happy to speak further on this issue, as we value your opinion and our main goal is to cater to any and everyone. Please shoot us an email at [email protected] and I am happy to help.
      Hailey from Marketing at WTSO

  • I agree with the other comments. You have moved your price point to a much higher spot than your past offerings. It’s really taken away any reason for me to purchase from you as my local wine stores are now offering comparable value.

    • Hi Thomas,
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We appreciate your feedback and want to make sure that our customer’s are having a good experience. Unfortunately, we are not impervious to the economic conditions that have affected the wine industry as a whole.
We continually evaluate our business to continue offering the best prices we can to our customers while maintaining the quality of the product we are committed to delivering. Please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected], as we are always happy to hear your feedback!

    • Hi Christopher – it is daily since the wines are rotating, we cannot hold bottles across three days. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Happy wine buying!

  • I agree with the other comments.. The price point of your wines has increased significantly over the last year or so.. Unfortunate.. I miss the good wines at prices between 10 & 13 dollars they were good quality for a great price..

    • Hi Will, thank you for your feedback. Our new 12 for $150 Case Sale features more higher-value wines with our everyday low price up to $14.99, which are further reduced to $12.49 for a limited time during the sale. We find this provides our customers with more opportunity for high-quality wines while still providing fantastic savings. We hope you’re still able to find something you love. Please reach out if you’d like recommendations from our in-house wine expert at [email protected].

  • Thank you for offering the young Margaux wines. I will let them age and I will save money over buying the matured Margaux wines.

    • We are glad you found a great wine value, Michael! Looking forward to hearing about when you’re able to finally try them – tag us on social media!

  • I preferred the old days when a single wine was offered at a certain price and an original offering price was given. Now marketing has taken over.
Also, can you define “comparable price”?

    • Thank you, Tom. We value your honest feedback!

‘Comparable Price’ means the price at which the same or a similar wine with the same primary grape varietal and appellation or sub-appellation has been offered for sale to consumers directly by a producing winery or through retailers. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any further questions!

  • WTSO was my go to for champagne and sparkling wine. Seems the champagne offerings have become less frequent and gone up in price. Buying much more sparkling wine from your competition. Would love it if you offered more good value champagnes.

    • Hello Sam! Thank you for your feedback – We would be happy to assist you in placing an order for value sparkling wines. A member of our team will reach out to you shortly!

  • I prefer Pinot Noir’s, Chianti Classico Riserva, Caberent Sauvignon wines.
Please let me know if a selection of these are available in your 12 for $ 150.00 offer ?
    Thank you.

    • Hey Fred, We will be offering Pinot Noir, Chianti & Cabernet Sauvignon throughout our case sale, as well as many other varietals. Let us know if you have any further questions.

      Cheers! =]
