I have never rated a wine above 94 (over 3000 ratings), probably due to lack of high quality purchases. I do have have some 100 pt wines on the rack but haven’t tried them yet.
We are confident you will find a wine at our 95+ Event that you would rate higher than 94! It’s a great opportunity to discover some outstanding wines. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us directly at [email protected]
I’d really like to see more great 90+ bottles from Argentina (Mendoza, Salta, Patagonia), with which I am very familiar (both the place and the wines).
For example, the Bianchi IV Generación Selected Blocks Red Blend (Decanter 97 points), an absolutely outstanding wine. Or the Enzo Bianchi Gran Corte 2019. That type/style of wine. In my opinion, these wines (red blends) are often better than single varietals.
Other great producers from Argentina (and I see that you are about to offer the Caro by Catena & Rothschild): Karim Mussi; Marcelo Pelleriti; Mendel; Familia Cassone, among others.
Hey Philip, We will be offering many great wines during our 95+ sale, so stay tuned! If you’re interested in receiving a custom list for wines from Argentina, Mendoza, Salta or Patagonia our customer service team would be happy to get that together for you!
