Vineyard divided into plots located in the O Rosal subzone. South orientation and location next to the Mino River and the Atlantic Ocean create a microclimate that ensures an optimum ripening of the grapes.

Soil
Granitic, sandy, and very permeable. Very well-drained soils, without standing water, producing very fine wine, with balanced acidity and aromas from the variety.

Climate
Atlantic, mild temperatures during the summer allow a slow and gentle ripening and the conservation of fruity aromas.

Winemaking
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, interrupted before its completion to enhance the characteristics of the varietal.

Briny, green aromas suggest low ripeness. On the palate, this feels chunky but also spritzy, like fermenting canned fruit. Salty nectarine and bland pineapple flavors are limited on a finish that's neither lively nor complex.
