The Wine
Encantado, which means "charmed" or "enchanted" in Spanish, reflects the intriguing spirit of this delightful wine. The fruit comprising this bottling was blended from a combination of select blocks across the Napa Valley to create a lusciously balanced wine that reflects the multifaceted beauty of the Napa Valley.

The Winemaking
The fruit for this wine was harvested at night by hand at an optimal level of ripeness. Fermentation took place over ten days at a high temperature to ensure that maximum extraction was achieved before the wine was sent to French oak barrels via free run. The wine was aged in barrel for a total of 18 months before bottling.

The Taste Profile
A fresh, sweet entry leads with enticing aromas of dark plum and cherry pie. The palate opens with flavors of blackberry and deep dark stone fruit that melt into raspberry and vanilla. This luscious wine has a long finish.
