Yield per Hectare: 90 quintals of grapes is equivalent to 63 HL of wine (The winery average of 68 quintals of grapes is equivalent to 47.60 HL of wine).
Planting System: Guyot and spurred cordon
Plant Density: 3,500-5,000 vines per hectare
Vinification: Manual harvesting, controlled temperature, fermentation with subsequent maceration in stainless steel vats. Aged in wood for at least 12 months and then matured in bottles for at least three months.
Color: Deep ruby red with blackberry hues
Bouquet: Full, lasting, and very persistent; a pleasing blend of red berry, vanilla, and licorice, with grassy notes that are typical of the grape
