This dry sparkling wine is made from our best grapes. It is light straw yellow-colored, and it has a light froth and a fine and persistent perlage. Its flower and fruit notes recall golden apple, banana, and wisteria.
Food Pairings
This would certainly make a lovely aperitif during a warm summer day and can be served at the end of a meal with creamy desserts or combined with orange juice for the perfect mimosa.
