Tasting Notes
Made in the traditional method, the 2016 Secret Indulgence Brut is made from 100% Napa Valley Chardonnay. Pale straw in color. Delicate bubbles dance to the top of your glass. You are greeted with a brioche yeastiness on the nose, followed by hints of citrus blossom, lychee, yuzu, and kumquat. As you taste the wine, you will find bright, balanced acidity. Notes of toasted brioche and citrus continue on the palate, followed by hints of Asian pear and coconut flake. The elegant acidity and effervescence dance across your palate, leaving you wanting more.

Pair with Brillat Savarin cheese on toast points or Ossetra Caviar on blini.

A solid sparkler, the 2016 Secret Indulgence Brut offers a nicely textured, medium-bodied, mouth filling style that carries classic apple, spice, and subtle floral notes. It’s clean, has nicely balanced sweetness (there are 10 grams of dosage), and a crisp finish. Drink it over the coming couple of years.

It features alluring notes of warm apple pie, tarte au citron, poached pears and allspice with hints of honeysuckle and ginger. The palate is finely crafted with an elegant and refreshing, line, finishing long and spicy.
