Sustainable vineyard under integrated production located in O Rosal. Medium height slopes between the Mino River and the Atlantic Ocean.

Winemaking
After destemming, the grapes are pressed, and the must falls by gravity through an oxygen-free atmosphere into the stainless steel maceration vats.

Soil
Granitic, sandy, and permeable, producing very fine wines with balanced acidity.

Climate
Atlantic, mild temperatures during the summer allow a slow and gentle ripening and the conservation of fruity aromas.

Tasting Notes
Color: Yellow with green tinges, clean and bright.
Aroma: Aromas of good intensity, rich in nuances, complex and elegant. Prevalence of varietal notes which transmit floral and fruity tones.
Taste: Pleasant on the palate, oily with pleasant contrasts within a harmonic balance. Sensations of liveliness and freshness. Potent and persistent retro-nasal sensations.

Gastronomy
Shellfish, fish, poultry and feathered game, rice, fresh cheese.

This wine has aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and orange blossom. It feels good in the mouth and has flavors of grapefruit, lemon-lime and white flowers. There is a touch of saline on the bright finish.
