2021 Morgon 'Les Delys'

Producer Notes
An inherited family estate located on the best Morgon hillsides in the hamlet of 'Les Delys.' This unique terroir and vines - some of which are over 100 years old - make rich and powerful wines with superb aromas of ripe cherries. Morgon wines can, at best, be kept for over 20 years. In doing so, they will develop excellent qualities.

Winemaking Details
Traditional winemaking techniques include semi-carbonic maceration for approximately 12 days with punching down. 25 to 50% destemmed, according to the vintage.

Although this Morgon has just been bottled, its class really shines through. The impressive concentration, elegant acidity and fine tannins already mesh beautifully. Generous red-fruit character with delicate, autumnal and rooty overtones. Long, plush finish! Drink or hold.
