Dezzani's traditional cellar techniques, like aging in large Slavonian oak barrels, allow Nebbiolo fans a clear perspective on the true varietal and vintage character.
Their 2019 Miliasso Barolo offers redcurrant reduction fragrances, plum and blackberry notes, and sturdy tannins, which pull into focus with a little decanting or some patience with cellaring.
Venison stew and shepherd's pie are just two of the many options to pair with this classic Italian red!
