Each WTSO Monthly Subscription ships the first Monday of the month. If a holiday falls on this day, it will ship out the following business day. Yes, your wines will be listed individually in your WTSO Cellar. If we restock that product, it will be made available to purchase through your Cellar. In addition, the combined set will appear in your Manage My Subscription page and can be purchased as a set if both become available in inventory.

Yes, all WTSO Monthly Subscription memberships include the option to pause a month for any reason. The monthly subscription must be paused at least 14 days prior to the next shipment date (first Monday of each calendar month). Your subscription will automatically resume for the next shipment date, unless modified by you.
To cancel your membership, go to Manage My Subscription > Settings > Cancel My Membership. All cancellations must be received 14 days prior to the next shipment date (first Monday of each calendar month). If you'd like to cancel within 14 days of the next shipment date, you will be charged for the month with an equivalent credit added to your WTSO account, valid across WTSO.com.
