Prosecco DOC Extra Dry Sparkling Wine

Production Notes
This sparkling wine is obtained using Glera grapes cultivated in the Treviso and Venice provinces. The wine undergoes sparkling in autoclaves using the Charmat method under controlled temperature for approximately 20 days and then remains for an additional ten days on the noble lees. Stabilization and bottling follow.
