Harvest
The integrity of the bunches at the time of crushing is safeguarded with the use of manual techniques during the second half of September.

Production
Fermentation: In steel vats at a controlled temperature of 28-30 degrees C for 15-25 days with frequent pump-overs and delestages in the first days. Frequent tastings establish the moment of racking. After some schedules decanting, the malolactic fermentation beings in steel tanks
Refinement: 8-10 months in Slavonian barrels of 30 hl; approximately 15% of the wine ages 8-10 months in French oak barriques. Before being sold, the wine is refined in bottles for approximately four months.
Aging Capacity: 15-20 years

Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red color with violet hues. Easy drinking wine with fragrant notes of cherry, supported by a sweet and dynamic tannic structure.

Service
Open the bottle at least two hours before drinking to let the wine breathe. It pairs well with roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses.

Crushed herb, red berry and a whiff of violet shape the subtle nose on this light-bodied red. On the simple, rather diluted palate, firm acidity and dusty tannins accompany suggestions of sour cherry and star anise.
