Vineyard Notes
Climate: Harsh winters with temperatures reaching -15 degrees C, and hot and humid summers with temperatures reaching 35 degrees C
Soil: Medium mix, limey, clayey, and sandy on the surface with the tendency to be calcareous
Altitude: 350 meters above sea level
Training System: Traditional Piedmontese guyot with a vine density ranging from 4,000 to 4,500 vine stocks per hectare
Vine Age: 30-40 years on average

Production Notes
Production Yield: 80 quintals/hectare
Vinification: In steel at a temperature of 28-30 degrees C for 20 days of maceration
Maturing: In 20- to 25-hectoliter French oak barrels for at least three years. In bottle for at least one year.
