About the Wine
The 2016 Dancehall is your invitation to join our tribute to the historic and exciting gathering places of the Old West. This proprietary wine is comprised mainly of Cabernet Sauvignon, exclusively from one of Mt. Veeder's most private Napa Valley estates. Complementary amounts of Petit Verdot and Malbec magically enhance the uniquely luxurious characteristics of the hillside terroir, with elevations ranging from 950 - 1,100 feet above sea level. Our Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the world-famous Mount Veeder appellation in Napa Valley. Mount Veeder is well known for its rugged mountain terrain and steep slopes that render shallow topsoil and minimal water retention, resulting in smaller berries with intensely concentrated flavors.

About the Winemaker
Rolando Herrera's experience includes working with some of Napa Valley's most celebrated wineries, including Stag's Leap Wine Cellars, Chateau Potelle, Vine Cliff, and Paul Hobbs before founding his own: Mi Sueno (Spanish for 'My Dream'). Rolando shepherded our effort to create a true expression of the fruit and unique terroir.
