Fermented with natural yeast and aged sur lie for three to four months minimum. Fining and filtration before bottling. Inox vats.

Tastings Comments
Pale gold in color, the wine opens with bright aromatic notes of exotic fruit and citrus, with subtle hints of minerality and orange blossom. The wine is full-bodied and balanced on the palate with a bright, crisp finish.
