Producer Notes
Feu Follet - it is by this name that we evoke our culture and the mysterious art of winemaking. One that allows us to create a cuvee highlighting our ability to exacerbate the aromatic, freshness, complexity, and pleasure of taste.

Vineyard Notes
Feu Follet was born in the heart of northern Provence. It has freed itself from the cliches of Provence and from the constraints of putting the terroir first and foremost. Keeping the best of its ancestral carcass, our wine is an example of a perfectly mastered vinification and a modern vision of rose. Produced on the extreme north hillsides of Aix-en-Provence. A blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carignan growing on the foothills of the Montagne Sainte Victoire, Feu Follet is a proud representative of the modern expression of the terroir.

Vinification Notes
Harvested during the night to preserve the aromas of the grapes, the juices are processed cold to recover and intensify the qualities present. After this, the fermentation is conducted in a controlled order to obtain fine, subtle, and very aromatic wines.

Tasting Notes
Its color is illuminated with poetic clarity. Radiating aromatic power, marked by citrus and red fruits. When creative madness takes hold of the terroir, it reveals, sublimates, and expresses all its exuberance.
