Winemaking
Cuvee: Comprised of 70% of the 2016 harvest and 30% 'vins de reserve' (reserve wines) 2014 and 2015
Vinification: In thermoregulated stainless steel vats to preserve the identity of the terroir. Malolactic fermentation.
Aging: 48 months
Disgorging: In 2020

Tasting Notes
Sweetly perfumed floral aromas and aromatic hints of chalky terrain. Notes of vegetal, lengthy in the mouth.
