Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red in color, with aromas of dark red fruit and floral notes, this Napa Cabernet is powerful and elegant. Fruit-forward with silky tannins, this wine is layered on the mid-palate with spice, cloves, and lavender. Rich but soft tannins develop on the palate, leaving a long, elegant finish. Great to drink now or will continue to develop over the next 10-15 years.

Our Paradox Vineyard is located in Oakville, Napa Valley. In the middle of Napa Valley, at the foothills of the Mayacamas Mountains, lies one of the most prestigious winegrowing regions in California: Oakville. It is wonderfully balanced and ready to drink now or will continue to develop over the next ten years. It was aged 20 months in French oak barrels to create a beautifully balanced and complete wine.

2021 Vintage
The 2021 vintage in Napa Valley for Cabernet Sauvignon has been nothing short of extraordinary. The ideal combination of warm, dry weather and balanced rainfall created the perfect conditions for the grapes to thrive. The extended growing season allowed for excellent phenolic ripeness, producing grapes with optimal flavor development and ideal sugar and acidity levels. The resulting wines are expected to showcase intense aromas of dark fruits, such as blackberries and cassis, along with layers of complexity and subtle nuances. The tannins are anticipated to be well-integrated and refined, lending structure and aging potential to the wines.
