Winemaking Notes
Our Amarone della Valpolicella is crafted from grapes harvested from our vineyard in Campiano, perched at 600 meters above sea level on soil abundant in limestone. Benefitting from ideal exposure, our vineyard enjoys optimal conditions for ripening. After harvest, the bunches are laid out for the appassimento, which lasts for at least 90 days, giving this wine its iconic features: power, elegance, and longevity. Aging in French oak barrels completes the aromatic profile of this regal wine.

Tasting Notes
Color: Deep and intense ruby red
Nose: Vast and complex bouquet of ripe red fruit, typically cherry and mature marasca. After aeration, the bouquet releases aromas of vanilla, leather, and pepper.
Palate: Soft, clean, and rich in flavors. It feels full-bodied, elegant, and smooth.

Food Pairings
All kinds of red meat, roasts, and stews. Also good with aged cheese and nuts. Excellent meditation wine.
