The Estate
Nestled in the heart of Provence, Chateau Paradis lives up to its name: a hidden paradise of lyrical landscapes and seductive wines. The Chateau Paradis estate spans 160 hectares, with 90 dedicated to vineyards. Among these 90 hectares is an exceptional parcel of vines around 30 years old. Thanks to their age, these vines extend deep into a rich clay-limestone soil, located about 200 meters above sea level.

Harvest and Vinification
Harvest takes place during the coolest hours to preserve the aromas and color. Once at the winery, the grapes are sorted, crushed, and pressed. Vinification at low temperatures (12-14 degrees C) enhances the fruit expression.
