History
A successful entrepreneur in the 1920s, Remy Lefevre left his real estate investments to take over a property in Burgundy. Within a few years, the quality of these wines allowed him to spread throughout France.

Terroir
The terroir is composed of limestone and siliceous slopes.

Grape Varieties
100% Chardonnay

Vinification
After mechanical harvesting, the grapes are de-stemmed and pneumatically pressed. Alcoholic fermentation lasts 30 days in stainless steel tanks, then our wines are aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks until bottling in spring. Contains sulfites.

Tasting Notes
Under its brilliant golden-yellow color, with silvery highlights, a wealth of white fruit and acacia aromas emerge. On the palate, its complex, fruity roundness is matched by freshness and minerality.

Food and Wine Pairing
This Macon Villages goes perfectly with grilled fish, risotto, sushi, and goat's cheese.
