Production Notes
This sparkling wine is produced using Glera grapes cultivated in the provinces of Treviso and Venice. The wine undergoes sparkling in autoclaves using the Charmat method under controlled temperature for approximately 20 days. It then remains an additional ten days on noble lees. Stabilization and bottling follow.
