Area: 4.43 ha
Soil: Gravel on clay and sandy subsoil for the Semillon and Muscadelle, Argilo-limestone for Sauvignon.

60% Semillon, 30% Sauvignon, 10% Muscadelle

Vinification
Skin maceration and pneumatic pressing in inert gas. Fermentation between 17 and 19 degrees C in stainless steel thermo-regulated tank.

Aging
On lees with regular batonnage for six months before bottling.

Tasting
Clear yellow robe with brilliant reflections. Delicate perfumes with some grapefruit and lemon. This wine flourishes with intense aromas of honey and green apple. The mouth is slightly sweet, awakened by a bright and saline finish. Nice young, but can be kept for several three years.

This warm, ripe and generous wine has a good balance between fresh citrus flavors and rich, spicy baked-apple fruits. With touches of toast attractively in place, the wine will age well. Drink from 2022.
