Elaboration
The vines are located exclusively in Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa on the northwestern edge of the most prestigious wine appellation of Spain. The vines grow 650m a.s.l. on nutrition-poor calcareous clay soil. Intense maceration for phenol extraction is achieved by frequent transfers. The temperature-controlled fermentation is done in stainless steel at a maximum temperature of 26 degrees C. Aging takes place for 24 months in French and American barriques.

Winemaker
Victor Pascual is from La Rioja, with a deep-rooted family tradition of wine and olive production. With professional training in Biology and Oenology, in 2012, he began his professional career at Marques de la Concordia Family of Wines.
