Tasting Notes
A wine both smooth and rich at the same time. This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is characterized by the rich fruit harvested in our small Adagio Vineyard in Oakville, Napa. 2018 in Napa was ideal for Cabernet Sauvignon, resulting in a rich, bold, and aromatic wine. The grapes were hand-picked on October 14th and aged for 24 months in French oak barrels. Extremely well-balanced wine made for long-term aging. Its layers of smoky cassis, pipe tobacco, and cedar are highlighted by a chorus of stewed black fruit and cocoa, justifying the reputation Napa enjoys for top-quality Cabernet Sauvignon.
