Century-old Fiuza is a family estate that developed a modern portfolio of wines, combining indigenous Portuguese grapes with international varietals. Our wines embody the essence and tradition of Portuguese winemaking while appealing to modern wine lovers. Fiuza Reserva Premium belongs to our collection of single varietal wines presented in 'fume blanc' style. Fiuza was a pioneer in introducing French grapes to Portugal, having some of the oldest vines of this variety. It is a wine produced to express the best characteristics of the grape in our terroir.

Vinification: Grape selected and pressed at 5 degrees C. Ageing 'sur lie.' Final blend composed of 95% current vintage and 5% of the previous vintage, aged in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes
Color: Medium pale straw
Nose: Herbaceous and tropical fruit aromas with hints of asparagus, vanilla, and butter from the oak.
Palate: The wine is mouth-filling, complex with good structure and a long finish.
