Soil
Marl and chalk located in the hillsides of the Trevaresse chain. The altitude of 250 to 400 meters with southern exposure. Hot micro-climate, tempered by the Mistral wind and the altitude.

Vinification
Grapes from carefully selected plots are harvested at night to avoid oxidation. Low-pressure pressing, static sedimentation for one part of the juice, cold maceration for the other. Fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks. Maturation for a few weeks on fine lees. Selection of cuvees for the final blend.

Tasting Notes
Appearance: Bright pale rose color with a hint of blue (light peach pink)
Nose: Fresh and delicate, with fruity notes (pomelo, green apple, red fruit) and a hint of spice
Palate: Well balanced, fat, and round, delightfully refreshing. Fruity aromas with red currants, strawberries, and grapefruit.

Pairings
A highly refreshing aperitif wine. Great with salads and starters. Suitable with pates, cold meat, or cooked ham. An excellent companion for grilled dishes and delicatessen food. Perfect match with grilled or poached fishes.

Light, shimmering orange-pink. Lively red berry, tangerine and floral qualities on the fragrant nose. Silky and open-knit, showing good depth to its juicy strawberry, cherry and orange pith flavors. Shows a touch of spiciness on the clinging, nicely detailed finish, which features a subtle hint of fennel.
