Story
The aromatics of Vitae Springs begin brambly, dark, and earthen, opening into blackcurrant, hibiscus, cherry pit, mocha, and toast. With more density and spice, the palate shows power with espresso-laced tannin and savory tones. Brisk acidity lengthens a dark fruit finish. This wine is unfined and unfiltered.

Bright red. Spicy raspberry and mulberry scents are complemented by notes of mace and dried rose. Elegant, focused and light on its feet, offering musky floral-accented red berry flavors and silken textures. The tangy, spice-accented finish clings persistently, repeating the raspberry note.
