Terroir
The highest vineyards that produce this wine are located on a gentle slope, on volcanic rocks called serpentinite. The vines are cultivated with care, with production per hectare at 55 hl. Most vines grow on silty and sandy soil.

Vinification
At low temperatures (between 13 degrees C and 15 degrees C), keeping the aromas of the must. The vinification is tailored to the plot: all the tanks are unique and an expression of the soil, vine age, and winemaker knowledge.

Maturation
Six months minimum on the lees, providing more intense aromas and complexity and improving the mouthfeel.

Tasting notes
Pale gold with green tones. Floral and fruity aromas, generally with mineral notes. Dry yet refreshing, balanced, smooth, and harmonious.
