Vinification Details
Harvesting: Mechanical with optimal sorting, plot selection according to the grape's potential and the desired profile
Vinification: Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48 to 96 hours, followed by traditional fermentation with the temperature regulated between 22 and 28 degrees C. Post-fermentation maceration temperature is regulated between 28 and 34 degrees C, during which the wines are micro-oxygenated. Running off with separation of press wines. Blended before malolactic fermentation.
Aging: On lees for three to eight months, then aged in underground vats

Deep black color with purple reflections. Spicy and intense aromas alongside a complex nose. Powerful, dense, and generous.
